These generic log books can be used to record the testing of portable electrical appliances and/or the formal inspection, repair, maintenance and testing of any and all other pieces of equipment and machinery. They are laid out very simply so that any item of any make and model can be recorded.

Contains:

• List of Competent Persons page - to list all people who perform tests, inspection, repairs and maintenance and who will be updating the log book.
• Equipment index - a quick reference page for all equipment listed in the log book (see picture)
• Equipment listings - individual item listings for each piece of equipment which is being recorded. Equipment name, model and serial number as well as a table to record action taken, date, and personnel undertaking the work (see picture)
• List of Equipment sent for outside action - to record equipment sent out for repair, disposal or destruction.
