Sizes range from single module up to four (4) module. Each "module" holds one full size gastronorm pan, or any combination of smaller pans. Any pans up to 150mm deep will fit in these bain maries. There's bound to be one to suit each individual food service situation.
The most popular in the range is the three (3) module. It's just the right size for small to medium catering operations, such as home celebrations or mobile catering services, while still being very light and portable.
The two module size is perfect for small gatherings or food truck/food stall situations. The single module is ideal for small buffets where small amounts of one or two foods need to be kept hot. The four module unit is designed for large scale mobile catering services.
Gastronorm pans are not included
